Minestrone Soup

Soup, soup, and more soup - it's really all I feel like eating because it's so cold outside. This recipe is probably the easiest thing I've ever made (aka thrown together). I literally popped open some cans, chopped up the bell pepper and threw them in the dutch oven. I chose to cook up some chicken and added it later since we ate this for dinner. I liked the Italian seasoning that was used but would probably add more if I made it again, but considering how little effort it took to make it I'm satisfied with the outcome.

Seasoning is key in making a soup excellent.
