I turned this salad into a dinner entree by giving us each a few more shrimp (about 1/2lb/person). I think I may have goofed on the seasoning levels and didn't add enough, but we both found it spicy from the chili flakes, but otherwise lacking flavor. I liked the creaminess from the greek yogurt as well as the bites that had mint in them. Overall, a decent dish that would probably be good for a large group served with smaller shrimp.
