Caprese Skillet Eggs

I had planned on brunch today but it quickly turned into "lunner" - the meal between lunch and dinner. We both had the lemon pound cake for breakfast and we just didn't get around to eating lunch so we had this meal in its entirety around 3pm. I kept thinking it needed more flavor but the title of the recipe reminded me it's supposed to have that fresh ingredient taste. Eric really enjoyed it and liked the lightness of it. The fresh three herb blend added to the top was delicious.

Things I learned from this recipe:

Hot sauce could easily be added.

I should learn how to make bread.
