I've tried this recipe a couple of times and really love it. There isn't much to learn from this one other than not overdoing any of the ingredients. I might even suggest a little less of the soy sauce and other liquids just to have a little more flavor of the fish, but that is my personal taste. Tonight I served it with gyoza, soup and rice.
Things I learned from this recipe:
Don't overdue the cilantro.
