Baja-Style Fish Tacos w/Salad & Chili-Lime Sauce

by Irene Lindvall

I had high hopes for this dish, but as with many Weight Watchers recipes that turn traditionally fried pieces of food into baked ones, it wasn't the greatest. I had to use cod because I couldn't find snapper at the store, but snapper would not have saved this dish. The masa flour was interesting to work with and tasted fine, but the corn flour plus the corn tortilla seemed like overkill. I liked the salad as well as the chili-lime sauce. I liked combining the chills in adobo sauce with low-fat yogurt instead of mayonnaise like most other recipes. I have to admit, it probably would've tasted better deep-fried, sorry Weight Watchers.

Things I learned about this recipe:

What yellow masa corn flour is.

Would I make this recipe again?:
