I still have many salad recipes saved up and I needed one tonight to pair with the cod. I definitely chose the right one. This is such a tasty salad, but you must love onions. I love raw onions and I especially love a sweet onion. Lucky for me, Walla Walla sweet onions are from my home state and are readily available. I used them in this recipe for both the dressing and the topping. This dressing really is phenomenal and one to be made again.
